I have always great service at Honda of Oakland where I purchased my first Honda 5 years ago. Your customer service department was very efficient and organized - customers are helped in a few minutes which is impressive for the large number of cars serviced. I would like to thank and commend Aaron for the great customer service that he provided. He kept me well informed about the status of the repairs and also ensured that I received credit for parts and repairs covered by extended warranty.
