I have always great service at Honda of Oakland where I purchased my first Honda 5 years ago. Your customer service department was very efficient and organized - customers are helped in a few minutes which is impressive for the large number of cars serviced. I would like to thank and commend Aaron for the great customer service that he provided. He kept me well informed about the status of the repairs and also ensured that I received credit for parts and repairs covered by extended warranty. Dear Honda of Oakland, Thank you for servicing my 2003 Accord V-6 on Tuesday, Nov. 2. So far, everything is going very well. Battery replacement, Timing Belt, Water Pump, Rear Brakes and 90K Tune up were completed and the car feels great! You guys have kept my car running well in the past, and that's why I came back. "I was refered to them threw a friend of mine that had a good expirence with them. I was looking for a 07-08 S550 AMG and didn't know if the could get one for me since they were a Nissan Dealership not only did they get one for me but it completely exceded all my expectation's.
